UV FLEXO COATINGS
In flexographic printing, the OPV (overprint varnish) must have a very low viscosity, as it is applied in the same unit as the inks. Due to the high operating speeds of flexo presses, the varnish needs to transfer quickly and efficiently from the anilox roller to the plate cylinder.
Additionally, because of the wide variety of substrates used in flexo printing, our flexo varnishes are specially formulated to provide enhanced flexibility and strong adhesion, ensuring consistent performance across different materials.
