ELECTRON BEAM (EB) CURED
EB machines are a modern, fast-curing method used in surface coating technologies. The paint/coating surface that meets the electron beam polymerizes and dries within seconds. Its biggest advantage is that it cures without the need for heat or UV light, and it can generally work in low VOC/solvent-free systems. It also offers superior surface performance such as high scratch resistance, chemical resistance, and high gloss. We formulate lacquers suitable for many different surfaces for this system.
